How it works

Tell us what you need, on WhatsApp. Product, capacity, quantity and destination. No account, no app, no forms to download. Photos and voice notes are fine. We answer in English, French or Kreyòl.
We confirm the specification once. The costly mistakes happen here, not at the factory. We size the system against your actual load, your voltage, your roof and your climate, then put it in writing, so you and the supplier read the same document.
You receive three comparable options. Entry, standard and professional grade, each quoted landed: factory price, freight, insurance, customs and inland transport to Cap-Haïtien, Les Cayes or Port-au-Prince. One page, one currency, no hidden line items.
We deliver, install and support it. Our technicians commission the system. Spare parts sit on our shelves. Warranty claims are handled at a Pwen Solèy location, not by email to a factory that will not answer.

Fonctionnement

Exprimez votre besoin, sur WhatsApp. Produit, capacité, quantité et destination. Aucun compte, aucune application, aucun formulaire à télécharger. Les photos et les notes vocales sont acceptées. Nous répondons en anglais, en français ou en créole.
Nous validons la spécification une seule fois. C’est ici que se produisent les erreurs coûteuses, et non à l’usine. Nous dimensionnons le système selon votre charge réelle, votre tension, votre toiture et votre climat, puis nous le consignons par écrit, afin que vous et le fournisseur lisiez le même document.
Vous recevez trois options comparables. Gamme d’entrée, gamme standard et gamme professionnelle, chacune chiffrée rendue à destination : prix usine, fret, assurance, douane et transport intérieur jusqu’au Cap-Haïtien, aux Cayes ou à Port-au-Prince. Une seule page, une seule devise, aucun poste dissimulé.
Nous livrons, installons et assurons le suivi. Nos techniciens procèdent à la mise en service. Les pièces de rechange sont en stock chez nous. Les recours en garantie sont traités dans un point Pwen Solèy, et non par courriel adressé à une usine qui ne répondra pas.
